The options on the table
When you need meta tags, you generally choose between writing them by hand, using a CMS or site-builder plugin, or using a dedicated generator. SEOMeta sits in the dedicated-generator group: you enter a title, description, and keywords and get copy-ready HTML.
Side-by-side
| Approach | Speed | Length-safe | OG + Twitter | Who writes copy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| By hand | Slow | You track it | You add it | You |
| CMS plugin | Medium | Varies | Varies | You (or template) |
| SEOMeta | Fast | Yes (≤60 / ≤155) | Yes | You enter, it formats |
Where SEOMeta fits
SEOMeta is built for indie founders doing their own SEO: no account setup beyond a plan, no build step, and copy-ready HTML you drop into . It keeps the title at or under 60 characters and the description at or under 155, and adds Open Graph and Twitter card tags.
Where a human still wins
No generator writes your positioning for you. The title and description copy — the words a searcher actually reads — is still yours to write. SEOMeta formats and length-checks; it does not invent the message.
An honest limit
SEOMeta does not guarantee rankings or click-through rates, and it is not a full SEO suite. It solves one job: clean, length-safe, complete meta tags.
